Cat Jam
I had to use this take for today’s Jamuary jam even though I could have done better because the cat discovered a new hiding place underneath one of my synths and decided to participate in the jam. He also approved the video after watching himself strut across the screen.
In my haste to record a take while the cat was in the frame, I forgot to unmute the Chainsaw track which would have played chords with varying inversions every four beats. The changing inversions make it sound more mellow and interesting but I'm not rerecording and reposting today. I'll use this technique another day.
