Finally getting around to trying out the photography studio in the new space.

According to my Lightroom catalog, the last time I used my studio lights was ten months ago, in February. Shortly after that I began packing all my gear in preparation for the move to the new house.

That's a long time to go without using my lights.

Lesson learned: if you haven't used a skill in nearly a year, you'll make some pretty basic mistakes until you remember how it all works.
